About Us

We are a boutique startup accelerator that is a group of technology professionals with deep industry experience at both Fortune 100 technology companies and hard-tech startups. If it requires an understanding of physics, aerospace, electronics, or cybersecurity we are more likely to get involved than if it is an app.

Our History goes back to the start of the F-16 program, the foundations of the Internet, and other “old” things. One of our founders said while playing golf the other day about one of our earlier ventures… “you know our biggest impediment to sales back then was nobody had a CD-ROM in their computers yet”. We ran computer labs when the computers filled a room, we build flight simulators with yes, analog computer systems, but we stayed at the forefront of technology along the way. We designed the first Gbit network for a fighter aircraft, the first 3D vision system, and on…

At some point along the way, we all decided to leave our cushy jobs in high-tech gigantic companies and strike out on our own. Our core management team has 500 years of combined experience running large and complex development programs. They have founded 14 successful startups, worked in Venture Capital and Private Equity, led multi-billion dollar international aircraft development programs, and had a load of fun doing it. We have hand-selected our leaders for their combination of experience, success, and drive, but most importantly, their management style. Every one of our leaders is the kind of servant leader that people want to work for. We are always looking for new team members that fit that mold.
