Welcome to Berthy Holdings. We are a technology startup ecosystem that supports very early state technology startups with all of the support needed to get a technology startup off the ground. Think of us as a cross between a group of ad-hoc advisors, a founding team, an incubator, and a VC firm. Our partners have started over 30 companies between them, sold many for gigantic gains, most are operating today as revenue-generating enterprises or have been purchased by a larger firm.

We provide all of the services necessary to take a technology startup from idea to first prototype, prototype to first product sale, launch to company sale or any combination. We understand that good technology ideas are difficult. We also understand that founders who are inventors can often get overwhelmed by the myriad tasks required to get an idea off the ground, that’s where we come in. We can provide everything needed to help launch your new enterprise. From concept exploration and strategic guidance which we love to the more mundane, like company formation advice, naming, logo and website help (don’t judge us quite yet by this site please). We help identify markets and specific customers, we help hone the story, we help determine the best funding methods and help execute them. We have written and won numerous SBIR contracts totaling over $7.5M and received over $22M in VC funding for our companies.

We are always looking for the next big idea. We don’t post our email address on the website for the robots to spam us, but if you are not a robot and have the drive you can figure out how to contact us somehow. We are hiding in plain sight.
